SAM
Sam is a dog friendly boy who is looking for a calm family and can live with another dog (preferably female as he has been bullied by male dogs in the past). He's a gentle, curious boy who can be a little shy on meeting new people but soon warms up.
He is really scared by fireworks and loud noises and tried to climb out of his kennel to escape the bangs during the last Guy Fawkes celebrations. He is losing a lot of weight due to the stress of being in kennels.
He would prefer to live in the countryside as he's not a worldly boy and can run like the wind when he wants to.
He has come from a situation where he was not given many opportunities to explore the world so needs someone to take the time to help him find his feet. He's an all round softy and is desperate for affection and love.
He has not been tested with cats so we would not rehome him with small furries. He's also not had a lot of experience with young children but we think he would be fine with those 10yrs+ who will understand he will need a bit of time to find his feet.
