HOLLY

Holly is 6.5yrs old and is a neutered female.

She has been in foster for us for full assessment after we were contacted by a vet for help.

Holly is absolutely delightful ONCE you understand her needs. She is brilliant with other dogs out and about and could live with a larger calm dog who would not allow her to be dominant but would be equally happy as an only dog we feel.

Holly is a lovable little dog who has flourished over the past two weeks in her foster home. Initially anxious and cautious, showing some guarding behaviour, she has blossomed into a delightful companion through patience, love, and plenty of walks.

A few photos of the life HOLLY is living whilst in foster! This is what we are looking for for her! She is NOT a dog to sit and have cuddles all day! She is a very active and sociable little girl who needs plenty of exercise and stimulation - and as long as she gets this she is delightful.

Harriet is fostering her and says .....

Personality and Behaviour

Holly is now a calm, well-behaved dog who embraces life with joy! Her affectionate nature shines through every day. She has become incredibly loving and warm, forming bonds with everyone around her. While she sometimes plays in a mouthing manner, Holly is transitioning to more gentle licking as she learns appropriate play behaviour. She’s full of energy and adores games of tug and fetch, truly relishing those one-on-one moments!

Home Life

At home, Holly thrives in a family environment. She has shown herself to be fantastic with other dogs, happily accepting them in daycare and enjoying their company. Holly loves her walks and typically doesn’t require a lead; she’s well-behaved and confident, even playing chase with the more boisterous pups. Watching her grow has been a true joy!

Why Holly Needs You

Holly is ready to find her forever home where she can continue to grow and thrive. Holly's ideal forever home will be one where she can receive the love and companionship she thrives on, ensuring she's never on her own for too long. Ideally placed with a larger dominant dog or on her own. Children must be over 16 years of age. If you're looking for a playful, loving companion who brings joy into every day, Holly might just be the perfect fit for you!

Please only apply if you have read the above information carefully and can offer her what she needs.
