COLA
Cola arrived with us several weeks ago in pretty poor condition. She was underweight and very nervous.
After spending some time with us to gain some weight, she is now spayed and has gone to foster with Megan at The Pawfect Day - she has made great friends with Arundawn Larry who is also in foster for us with Megan and needing his forever home.
She is proving to be absolutely delightful and just a typical lurcher in every way - playful, full on, affectionate and beautiful.
We feel she will benefit from a like minded friend to give her confidence both out and about and in the home.
Please please remember these dogs are 'running' dogs! They have been bred over many generations for speed and skill. We always look for homes with the ability to give them free running exercise - whether in the form of secure fields, own land OR lots of time and training! Yes they are 'couch potatoes' ONCE they have had correct exercise and stimulation and make the most amazing companions - brilliant dogs who are so often overlooked.
