BRAMBLE & BRACKEN
This bonded pair arrived at the beginning of March and went straight to foster ... they were very shut down and their skin was in a dreadful mess ... Laura has been fostering them for us and they are doing amazingly well. Laura says ...
These two lovely dogs are a joy to foster. They integrated with my own 6 dogs perfectly with no fuss including other entire males/females of all sizes from toy poodle to big labs and others inbetween! They are toilet trained in the most (apart from couple of accidents) and are clean over night. They sleep together with no noise or fuss. They seem happy to be left alone for a few hours during the day. I am now leaving them free indoors and they are not destructive just wait patiently by the door.
They love children and all visitors they have met. I have started basic training with them which will need to be carried on and be consistent... they are incredibly bright so it shouldn’t take too long to find tune. They come to their names in the house and will sit. Outside Bracken has better recall but they are both busy spaniels so will need a well fenced garden!!
They happily play with toys on their own and with my dogs and are not possessive in any way. They have been allowed on the sofas here as my dogs are and enjoy being close to you but they have not been allowed upstairs.
They are ready to find their forever home together so please share.
They really are the most wonderful pair who deserve a home of their own. Just amazing how loving and trusting they can be after everything they have been through.
