At last some photos to show the true beauty of this girl - she is so athletic it is incredible.

Maddie is approximately 18 months old and is currently in foster for us in Cheltenham. She has come on in massive leaps and bounds from the terrified skin and bone girl to the dog she has become.

She is now happy as an only dog or to share with another like minded.
What she does need is regular socialisation as she will become anxious around other dogs if not.

She is not cat friendly and we feel children of 12yrs and over only due to her boundless energy and exhuberance.
Please consider offering her her forever home.

Maddie has been with us for a few weeks now - she arrived 13/1/22 from a council pound facility. She arrived malnourished, VERY traumatised and scared of her own shadow. Maddie was nervous around the other dogs and Elaine put a pen up for her, as there were no kennel spaces but she has settled with the shelter dogs and she will now sleep with and run happily. Maddie is not a big dog and curls into the smallest ball, as you can see. She is a funny little dog - FAST and always hungry, so feeding carefully and weight gain is slow but steady.

She is a little anxious around young children though seems to love Elaine's grandchildren - so we feel children of 12 and upwards would be fine.

A calm, patient and loving home

Facilities to free run

Possibly like-minded sight hounds with slow introduction (being food-driven/hungry - would need facility to feed separately initially)

Children over-12

Maddie is simply lovely and this shows what a difference just a little time and patience can make - imagine what a difference a few months will make!

If you can help this sweet girl on her path to her forever home, please complete an application form or contact us to discuss her needs.
