LIONEL
Lionel is just a baby ... 6 to 8 months old!
We have collected him today from Pound Kennels in the North and after thinking we had a fosterer in place we are now having to place in emergency boarding overnight while finding an alternative (9th Arp)
Lionel will need help with training as his lead manners leave a bit to be desired but with calm and consistent training WHAT a GREAT dog he will be!
He is boisterous, loving, and seems very dog friendly
What is Needed from our Fosterers: -
*Time and Commitment: Willingness to care for a dog short or long-term, depending on the dog's needs.
*Safe Environment: A secure, pet-friendly home, with a secure garden space unless exceptional circumstance.
*Patience and Understanding: Many foster dogs may be scared, untrained, or recovering from trauma.
*Basic Training Help: Assisting with house training, socialization, and basic commands.
*Transport Support: Ability to take the dog to vet appointments, adoption events, or meet-and-greets.
*Communication: Providing updates, photos, and notes about the dog’s behavior to help with adoption.
*Love and Care: Most importantly, offering kindness, affection, and a temporary home to a dog in need.
