ANGEL
Meet Angel – Looking for a new home and currently in kennels.
Angel is a beautiful 5-year-old ex-racing greyhound who has sadly found herself needing a new home after her owner was taken into hospital and will no longer be able to care for her.
True to her name, Angel is a gentle, loving girl who adores human company and just wants to be near you. She’s a sensitive girl adjusting to all the recent changes in her life, and she deserves a kind, patient home to help her settle again.
As with most greyhounds, Angel does have a strong prey drive, so she’ll need a secure garden and access to an enclosed field for her zoomies. She is playful and dog friendly but big NO to cats as with many GH's.
She’s also a dog who needs regular toilet breaks — if she’s not given the chance to go out often enough, she can have the occasional accident indoors. Having spent her esrly life in kennels and latterly with an owner who was unable to attend her needs she will need a little time to get back into a routine.... she will soon find her rhythm again.
Angel has so much love to give and is ready for a fresh start. She has a little SA if left for too long and again, as is so often, we feel another dog in the home would be a positive step all round for her. Could you be the one to open your heart and home to her?
